There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning or exchanging a product you purchased online from Your Gear Club: You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Your Gear Club, can be returned/exchanged to Your Gear Club. Your Gear Club products purchased through other retailers must be returned/exchanged in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please ensure to be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (resalable condition).
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The shipping cost to return the item(s) will be your sole responsibility.
  • If requesting an exchange, the cost of the replacement shipment will be your sole responsibility.

We strongly advise that you insure the shipment for the cost of your order so that in the event your carrier damages the items, you will be covered for the cost.

The initial outbound shipping cost to send the items to you is not refundable.
Your refund will be just for the item(s) returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All international customer orders will be shipped per the customer's request. The Customer is responsible for all Importing Laws, Duty, and Taxes from their respective country of import. Please understand that the duty/taxes from your Country are completely out of our control and can range from $0.00 to $100.00 or more. It is the customer's responsibility to consider this prior to placing their order. Once we ship your order, you will be responsible for the duty/taxes. If you decide not to accept the package, please understand that you will be responsible for the cost of the shipment to you and the cost for the package being returned to us. This cost can be greater than the duty/taxes, so PLEASE do your homework before placing your international order.
